A dedicated key with its own delivery tracking, acknowledgment flow and independent rate limits. Access is tied to your licence NFT — no shared credentials, no co-mingled usage.
White-label distribution
Your brand, your pricing, your users. Standard: distribute the daemon to your own consumers (B2C). Enterprise: also sublicense and resell to other businesses (B2B) — unlimited end users.
Non-custodial by design
Signals are data, not execution authority. You never hold funds or keys — yours or your users'. Every private key stays on the user's side. What you build on the signal stays entirely on your rails.

What exactly am I licensing?
You are licensing access to Bulwk's proprietary signal intent technology and API, NOT the software itself. All IP remains with BMC Saasy Technologies, Inc. You receive distribution rights to share the daemon with your customers.
Is there a revenue share?
No. Both licences are a flat annual fee — there is no revenue share, no per-user metering and no per-signal charge. What you earn from your customers on top of the licence is entirely yours.
Why is the NFT on Sonic but payment on Ethereum?
A hybrid model for cost optimisation. Payments (ETH/OHM) are on Ethereum L1 where these tokens have the best liquidity. Licence NFTs are minted on Sonic, where minting costs a fraction of a cent of what it would on Ethereum — a saving we'd otherwise have to pass on to you.
What happens after I pay?
After your payment is confirmed (12 blocks, about 2.5 minutes), a Soulbound Token — a non-transferable NFT — is automatically minted to your wallet on Sonic. Sign in at bulwk.com/login with that wallet: your API credentials and integration docs are waiting in the dashboard. No email, because we never asked for one.
Can I modify the daemon code?
Yes, you can modify the daemon for your use case. However, all derivative works automatically and irrevocably become the property of BMC Saasy Technologies, Inc. You receive a license-back to use your modifications according to your license tier (B2C only for Standard, B2B+B2C for Enterprise).
What support do I get?
Standard licensees get access to documentation and community support. Enterprise licensees receive a dedicated support channel with priority response times. All licensees can reach our team via the contact form for licensing questions.
